Visiting Finnish schools, with a clear purpose
School visits bring educators to observe learning environments, meet teachers and students, and engage in open dialogue about practice. We carefully curate visits that encourage thoughtful observation, professional dialogue, and meaningful reflection. School visits are mainly organized in Helsinki or Oulu. Depending on your interests, the visit can be arranged at:
- Early childhood daycare centers
- Comprehensive Schools (Grade 1-9)
- Upper Secondary schools (Grade 10-12)
- Vocational schools (Grade 10-12 and adult education)
Professional learning sessions, wherever your school is.
We work with schools, organisations, and education networks worldwide to facilitate workshops, seminars, and professional learning sessions. These can take place:
- At your school or organisation.
- At conferences or professional learning events.
- As part of teacher development programs.
- As webinar sessions.
Our workshops combine research, lived experience from Finland, and intercultural dialogue to help educators translate ideas into their own systems.

Working through a specific challenge together.
Sometimes the most valuable work begins with a conversation. We work with schools and organisations to reflect on educational goals, explore new ideas, and translate them into meaningful practice.
Through consulting, advisory support, and collaborative curriculum design, we support educators in shaping learning experiences that align with their values, context, and aspirations. Our work often focuses on:
- Student engagement and meaningful learning
- Wellbeing and school culture
- Outdoor and experiential learning
- Sustainability education
- Digital learning and digital citizenship
Our approach is reflective rather than prescriptive. Rather than offering ready-made solutions, we work alongside educators to explore possibilities, co-design learning approaches, and develop practices that make sense in their own context.
